Information technology has improved the
quality of life and simplifying daily work, however for those who doesn’t have
access to information technology but rely on the old ways of working and can’t
not obtain benefit through formation technology. This difference will cause polarization
of society in more intense and the social wealth is more unevenly., Most
developing countries (Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia)are still
struggling to bridge the "digital divide" limiting access to
computers and the Internet for low-income citizens. In my paper I
will focus on what are the main reasons cause digital divide such as economic
growth, geography, infrastructure and education. Also in the paper I will talk
about in what ways we can help to eliminate digital divide.
