This difference will cause polarization of society in more intense and the social wealth is more unevenly., Most developing countries (Africa,  Latin America and Southeast Asia)are still struggling to bridge the "digital divide" limiting access to computers and the Internet for low-income citizens.  In my paper I will focus on what are the main reasons cause digital divide such as economic growth, geography, infrastructure and education.
